The “Manage Skills” table is where you keep your skills organized — finding them, seeing where they’re used, toggling them on and off, and sharing them with others.

Finding and Sorting Skills

Header controls help you narrow a long list:
  • Search — type in “Search skills…” to match by name.
  • Sort — order by “Date Created” or “Name (A-Z)”.
  • Filter — a popover with Type (Custom / Library), Status (Enabled / Disabled), and Used in (Chats / Agents).
The footer shows “Showing X of Y skills”, and the list loads more as you scroll (20 per page).

Seeing Where a Skill Is Used

The “Used in” column shows usage counts for each skill — for example, “3 chats, 2 agents” — so you can tell at a glance what depends on a skill before you change or remove it.

Enabling and Disabling

Enable or disable is per user:
  • Toggle the Enabled switch on any row.
  • For library skills, “Add” enables and “Remove” disables.

The Detail View

Click a row to open its detail view, where you can review and act on a skill:
  • Instructions with a “Preview” / “View source” toggle
  • A Files tree for multi-file bundles, plus Copy
  • Actions: Edit, Share, Export, Reupload, Delete/Remove, Edit config, and the enable toggle

Sharing a Skill

Custom skills can be shared with individual members and with teams.
1

Open Share

From a skill’s row (⋯ menu) or its detail view, choose “Share”.
2

Pick members or teams

Add the individual members or teams you want to share with.
3

Choose a role

Set each recipient’s access to “Can view” or “Can edit”.
Library skills can’t be shared, and shared skills cannot be added to agents. Skills shared with you are read-only unless you have the “Can edit” role — they appear under the “Shared with you” tab.

Admin Control

Admins control Skills per team and role through admin permissions (“Create, manage, and share custom and library skills”). Sub-permissions cover access, create, and view / edit / reupload / export / share / delete / add / remove — so the exact buttons you see are configurable by your admins.
