Share your agents with specific users or entire teams to let others use the agents you’ve built — or collaborate on improving them.

How to Share an Agent

Open the agent

Go to Agents and click on the agent you want to share.

Click the Share button

Click Share from the agent’s action menu or detail view.

Add users or teams

Search for users by name or email, or select a team. Choose their permission level (Viewer or Editor).

Save

Click Save. The users or team members will now see the agent in their Shared with You tab.

Managing Shared Access

From the share modal, you can:
  • Change permissions — Upgrade a viewer to editor or downgrade
  • Remove access — Revoke a user’s or team’s access
  • See who has access — View all current collaborators and their roles
  • Copy Link — Share with existing viewers and editors directly with a link

Agents shared with you appear under the Shared with You tab in the Agents section.
