Any artifact your agent generates — a file, chart, diagram, dashboard, or generative-UI view — can be shared. Shared artifacts always stay live: recipients see the current version, not a frozen snapshot.
Only the artifact’s owner can share it. On someone else’s artifact, the Share option is disabled with the tooltip “Only the owner can share this artifact.”

Open the artifact's menu

From the Artifacts library or the artifact card in chat, open the ⋯ menu and choose Share.

Add people or teams

Under Share by email, search for a person by name or email, or select a team. Everyone you add appears under People who can access.

Anyone you added can now find the artifact under the Shared with you tab of the Artifacts library, and open it in the same full-view panel you use for your own artifacts.
Toggle General access on to generate a public link — “Anyone with the link can view, no login required.” Click Copy link to copy it.

Next to the toggle, the owner can open General access settings to control:
  • Allow anyone with the link to download — lets public viewers download the artifact, not just view it.
  • Link expiry — off by default (the link never expires); turn it on and set Expire after (days) to automatically revoke access later.
Turn General access back off at any time to revoke the public link immediately.
With General access off, Copy link copies the in-app link instead — it still requires the recipient to be signed in and to already have access.
