How to Export a Conversation

Open the conversation you want to export

Navigate to the chat you’d like to export.

Click the export button

Look for the export/download icon at the top of the conversation.

Choose your format

Select from the available export formats in the dropdown.

Download

The file is generated and automatically downloads to your computer. You’ll see a brief “Exporting…” indicator while it’s being prepared.

Exporting Tables

When a conversation contains tables (e.g., data from a database query or a structured response), you can export individual tables separately:
  • CSV — Comma-separated values for spreadsheet tools
  • Excel.xlsx format for Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
To export a table, click the download icon that appears on the table header.

What Gets Exported

The export includes:
  • All messages (yours and the AI’s)
  • Text formatting (headings, bold, lists, etc.)
  • Tables and data
  • Code blocks (in supported formats)
Visualizations and interactive charts may appear as static images or be omitted depending on the export format.
