Scheduled jobs let an agent run on its own, without you starting a conversation. Each job sends a query you define to the agent at the times you choose, so recurring work — daily summaries, weekly reports, periodic checks — happens automatically. Every scheduled run uses the agent’s own configured tools and knowledge, so there’s no separate data-source setup for a job.

Finding Your Jobs

Open an agent, then select the Your jobs tab. From here you can:
  • Search jobs by name using the search box
  • Filter by status — Active, Paused, Completed, or Failed
  • Create a new job with the Schedule job button
If you haven’t set anything up yet, you’ll see “No scheduled jobs yet.”

Scheduling a Job

1

Open the scheduler

On the Your jobs tab, click Schedule job to open the scheduling form.
2

Name the job

Enter a Name (required) and an optional Description so you can recognize it later.
3

Set when it runs

Pick a Scheduled at date and time (required), then choose how often it should Repeat: Never, Every hour, Every day, Every week, Every month, Every year, or Custom.
  • Every week reveals a day selector so you can choose which days.
  • Custom reveals a Cron expression field with presets such as “Every 6 hours” and “Daily at 9 AM”.
Use End repeat to stop the schedule — Never, On date, or After a set number of runs.
4

Choose a timezone

Select a Timezone (required). Runs are scheduled against this timezone.
5

Write the query

In What should the agent do? (required), enter the prompt the scheduled run will send to the agent — for example, “Summarize the latest sales report and send key metrics to the team.”
6

Save

Click Schedule job. To fine-tune retries, expand Show advanced options first and set Max retries and Retry delay (s).
Write the query the same way you’d ask the agent in chat. It runs with the agent’s existing instructions, tools, and knowledge.

Managing Jobs

Each job appears as a row with its schedule and status. Use the row’s menu to Edit, Pause or Resume, Trigger now (run it immediately), or Delete it. Select View run history to see past runs, their status, and results.
Completed and one-time jobs can’t be triggered manually, and completed jobs can’t be edited.
