What You Can Do

  • Read mail — Let agents access your messages
  • Send mail — Have agents compose and send messages on your behalf
  • Search messages — Find relevant mail by keyword, sender, or subject

Connecting Outlook

Open the Connectors modal

Open Connectors and go to the Apps tab, then find Outlook. See Setting Up a Connector for the generic mechanics.

Connect and sign in with Microsoft

Click Connect and complete the OAuth flow by signing in with your Microsoft account and authorizing access.

Confirm it's connected

Once authorized, Outlook shows as Connected and is available to your agents.
The messages an agent can read or send depend on your Microsoft account’s permissions and the scopes you grant during sign-in.
