The OneDrive integration lets you connect your Microsoft OneDrive account so Generate can access and index your files and folders as knowledge sources.

What You Can Do

  • Index files and folders — Bring documents from OneDrive into your knowledge base
  • Choose what to sync — Select specific folders instead of your entire drive
  • Keep content current — Synced files stay available to agents as knowledge

Connecting OneDrive

Open the Connectors modal

Open Connectors and go to the Apps tab, then find OneDrive. See Setting Up a Connector for the generic mechanics.

Connect and sign in with Microsoft

Click Connect and complete the OAuth flow by signing in with your Microsoft account and authorizing access.

Confirm it's connected

Once authorized, OneDrive shows as Connected. Choose the files or folders to index and save.
The files and folders available to Generate depend on your Microsoft account’s permissions and the scopes you grant during sign-in.
