What You Can Do

Connecting Gmail

Open the Connectors modal

Open Connectors and go to the Apps tab, then find Gmail. See Setting Up a Connector for the generic mechanics.

Connect and sign in with Google

Click Connect and complete the OAuth flow by signing in with your Google account and authorizing access.

Confirm it's connected

Once authorized, Gmail shows as Connected and is available to your agents.
Emails sent by agents render lists and tables correctly, so formatted content arrives looking the way you intend.
The messages an agent can read or send depend on your Google account’s permissions and the scopes you grant during sign-in.
