Getting into Generate Enterprise takes just a few steps. Your organization’s admin will typically invite you, but you can also sign up directly if self-registration is enabled.

Signing Up

Open the invitation link

Check your email for an invitation from your organization’s admin. Click the link to get started.

Create your account

Enter your name, email address, and set a password.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification code (OTP). Enter it to confirm your account.

You're in!

Once verified, you’ll land on the main chat screen and you’re ready to start.

Logging In

You can log in at any time using:
  • Email and password — Enter your credentials on the login screen

Click Forgot password on the login screen. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset it.
